Health,
Fitness and Nutrition started at a very young age
for me. I remember when I was 6, my grandfather would pay
me do push ups. You can be sure little Anthony
did as many push-ups as he could. So whenever I needed
money, I would go to grampa's house and do push ups.
Pretty funny. I would also arm wrestle my uncle for many years. That would later prepare me for the
1986 New York state arm wrestling championships, which
I placed fourth. Then when I was 13, I started my
first workout routine that I found in an old muscle
magazine. I kept with that workout routine with slight
variations of different exercises and diets until
I was 17. When I was 18 I joined a gym for the first
time, Jack Lalaine. I have not stopped exercising
since. I later became certified in Personal Training
and Sports Nutrition. Nineteen years later I am 38
and work as a Fitness & Nutrition Consultant in
South Florida.
