Personal
training is a commitment of your time. When
considering a personal trainer it is important
to understand you will need to reserve a block of consistent uninterruptible
time for you and your trainer. By doing this
you are allowing your trainer to provide you
with the tools necessary to help you reach your fitness
goals, not to mention give you what you paid
for. Once you've paid your personal trainer up front
(Anthony Marchese) you are locking yourself
into a written and/or verbal agreement for a set
period of time. In other words, once you pay
there is no backing out and most importantly
no refunds. Clients who have a legitimate doctors
note will be eligible for a refund. This doctors
note must be verified by your trainer (Anthony
Marchese). Clients who are unable to arrive
for their scheduled appointment must give their
trainer (Anthony Marchese) 24 hours notice no
matter what the reason or you will be billed
for that session. If you are going to be late
for your session you must call your trainer
(Anthony
Marchese) and
let him know how late you will be to make sure
your trainer (Anthony
Marchese) has
no prior engagements. If the client fails to
call their trainer (Anthony Marchese) and arrives
more than 15mins past the scheduled appointment,
the client will automatically be billed for
that session, unless prior arrangements have
been made with your trainer. So be prepared
to finish up your sessions one after the other
as well as get the results you paid for. Please
note, there is a 14 day max on freezing sessions. Vacations are no expections,
unless special arrangements have been made with
your trainer prior to your departure. (Anthony Marchese).
